Working out and porcelain dolls

If you work out, realize that after a while the muscles in your body start accumulating tension and become achy, making you feel stiff and sluggish. And if you think that is not your case, just get on my table.

I exercise 1.5h to 6-8 hours a day 5 days a week, so I know a thing or two about keeping the body going and keeping it flexible. And unlike you, I exercise the same muscle groups every day, have been for years, and I do not rotate them to give them a break.

When you feel sluggish and don’t want to work out, you sometimes push through it, and it is not that good. By pushing through pain at the gym you might hurt yourself. What you should be doing is stretching, using a foam roller and getting massages from time to time to keep things smooth and working, so you can reach your goal of having a beautiful, strong, and flexible body.

Massage done right does all three things in one: it stretches individual muscles, separates muscle fibers that stick together during workouts, gets rid of the knots and trigger points, thus replacing a roller, and takes away pain and achiness. Massage relaxes your nervous system, which in turn relaxes the muscular system, and enables you to get a good night sleep. It does not turn your muscles into mush, it gets rid of hypertension, achiness and pain, and that's exactly what you need to keep going.

Guys that are bulky and stiff remind me of porcelain dolls. There is so much tension in their muscles that they are on the verge of injuring themselves. They are so stiff that they have to turn the whole upper body just to turn their head, and they have to sit down to reach their feet to put the shoes on. I feel like if you poke them lightly with your finger, they will tip and fall, and break into pieces.

Don't be a porcelain doll, get a quality sports massage.
